rts International Automotive Trainer
We are looking for experienced Automotive Trainers in the areas of Sales, Aftersales, Product Training and Finance and Insurance to deliver courses and product launches to major manufacturer networks throughout Europe.
An ability to train in English and at least one other European language (fluent French/ Spanish/ Italian/ German/ Greek) is essential.
You may be resident in any European country, but must be willing and able to travel regularly. It is likely that you will have at least three years experience in Automotive training delivery and possess a sound knowledge of the European Automotive market.
We would also be interested in hearing from Automotive Trainers who can deliver training in non-European languages such as Arabic or Mandarin.

rts Aftersales Training Consultant
Our client is one of the World’s leading car manufacturers, and is looking to recruit an Aftersales learning professional to join the current team at their Academy as part of our outsourced learning provision, based in South East England.
You will be required to;

Deliver innovative learning solutions covering all subject areas within the Retail Aftersales arena including Warranty and Customer Handling. This will be delivered in line with our unique EDI (Engage, Develop, Inspire) standards and philosophy.

Achieve relevant learning and development KPIs covering attendance no’s, utilisation and delegate satisfaction rates

Work closely with the Aftersales Training Manager regarding the progress and impact of the learning, highlighting issues as and when needed

Share your knowledge within the team and influence key business stake-holders
Experience and skills in Instructional design would also be desirable.
It is likely that you will already have three years experience in the motor trade Industry as an L&D professional.
