CURRENT VACANCIES

rts is the premium provider of non-technical learning and development programmes in the European automotive sector. Current clients include prominent motor manufacturers on projects ranging from customer facing to senior management programmes.

We are seeking a highly skilled training designer with proven skills and experience in the development of training materials from 1-2 day courses to larger projects.  Automotive experience and excellent communication skills with a practical understanding of the psychology of learners is essential.  Experience in training delivery and/or development of online learning would be an advantage.

Working with the rts Learning and Development team at our Wiltshire offices, the role will require you to work closely with our clients on learning programmes.  In return, we offer a generous package.
